rsbelhasa.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Images and quotations on this site are used for identification, commentary and news reporting. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please notify us as described below.
1. Filing a takedown notice
Your notice should include:
- Your name and contact details (email and, optionally, phone and postal address).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this site where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. How to send it
Send your notice through our contact page with the subject line “DMCA Notice”.
3. What happens next
We review complete notices promptly — normally within a few working days — and remove or disable access to material that is shown to infringe. Where appropriate we will notify the party who supplied the content.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, and your signature.
5. Repeat or bad-faith notices
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability. We may disregard notices that are incomplete or clearly made in bad faith.
